1. Services Provided

Wistoria Events offers luxury wedding planning, coordination, and floral design services and rentals in Sacramento and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and require a signed client agreement and nonrefundable retainer and/or refundable security deposit prior to booking. SERVICES 

2. Booking & Payments

We do not accept online bookings. To (BOOK) schedule a consultation or event, please contact us directly via email, text, or phone.

No booking is confirmed without:

• A signed agreement

• A nonrefundable retainer

We accept payments via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Square, and cash.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations, refunds, or changes to your event must follow the terms outlined in your signed agreement. Retainers are nonrefundable. Security deposits for tangible goods may be refunded if all conditions are met. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, logos, designs, and branding—is the exclusive property of Wistoria Events. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wistoria Events is not liable for:

• Any damages related to the use of this website

• Third-party service interruptions or vendor errors

• Events beyond our control, including acts of nature or vendor failures​
